Carolyn is an Executive and Integrative Health Coach based in Northern Virginia. She is a graduate of Western Theological Seminary and University of Northwestern. She is a Duke IM trained Integrative Health Coach and completed her Plant-Based Nutrition Certification from eCornell and T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. Carolyn has an extensive background in coaching and has worked with many high-profile executives and professionals across the United States and Canada. Carolyn and her team also deliver executive and professional development retreats for corporate and private clients based on the Duke Integrative Coaching Model. As a former ministry and pastoral care professional, Carolyn is passionate about coming alongside others on their life's journey. She helps clients navigate both their professional and personal development challenges through a comprehensive integrative health model.

Evie helps leaders and representatives of organizations identify their blocks, assumptions, and interpretations and helps them to see the opportunity to challenge that thinking into a new perspective in an effort to move them into powerful opportunity-driven action.

Jenelle has been a Certified Professional Coach through IPEC for the last two years and focuses on leadership coaching. Her prior experience includes multiple leadership roles in the restaurant and hospitality industry. She is passionate about life and loves to create joy wherever she can. She is a passionate, high-energy leader and coach. Her coaching style is to coach from the inside out. This helps her clients achieve the results they crave because they are only sustainable when they consciously connect with their core thoughts and emotions. Jenelle provides a space for them to connect their values, passions, dreams, and beliefs to the vision they have for themselves and their life as a leader.

In addition, he is a Certified Talent Optimization Consultant and Certified Partner of The Predictive Index.

Core Dynamics Specialist
Sophie spent ten years in the corporate world working for sales teams at Oracle and Google. After finishing her Master's degree in International Business at the University of Maastricht, she located to Dublin, Ireland, after which she packed up once again to settle in San Francisco, U.S.A. Currently, she calls Lisbon, Portugal her home. Sophie's coaching is infused with her Dutch no-nonsense attitude, her business-solution focus, and explorations into mindfulness practices through meditation and yoga. Sophie's interests are wide-ranging and ever-changing, but travel, horseback riding, yoga, reading, and cooking/baking have solidified themselves as permanent. She is also the co-founder of The 1 Reset, a transformational life-coaching company focused on personal development and retreats to pause and reset.
