The PI Cognitive Assessment

Predict on the job success in 12 minutes with our cognitive assessment.

Predict learning ability.

Measuring cognitive ability is the number one predictor of on-the-job success. The timed 12 minute PI Cognitive assessment measures an individual’s capacity to learn, adapt, and grasp new concepts in the workplace. When cognitive ability is used as a key data point in talent decision-making, the odds are greatly improved for selecting individuals who can catch on quick, figure things out on their own, and are able to meet or exceed performance expectations sooner.

How does the PI Cognitive Assessment work?

Assessment takers are given 12 minutes to answer as many of the 50 questions as they can. The results are produced as a numerical score representing their ability to process complex information and their capacity to deal with a changing environment and responsibilities.

What does the PI Cognitive Assessment measure?

During the the PI Cognitive Assessment, 50 multiple-choice questions from three cognitive ability categories (verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)  measure the rate at which a person can learn—or process complex information. If your organization is characterized by change, tracking cognitive ability will make the difference in who you hire and how successful they are.
