Pre-employment assessments to determine candidate job fit and predict on-the-job success.

Deep insight in 6 minutes.

The PI Behavioral Assessment is an untimed, scientifically validated, free-choice, stimulus response assessment that measures a person's motivating drives and needs.

It has been investigated in over 350 criterion-related validity studies and used across many industries for more than 60 years. Our tool is built to the standards of the APA, SIOP, and ITC, as well as, EFPA-certified so you can use it to understand how candidates are wired and hire for the best role, team, and organization fit.

In the assessment, participants are presented with two lists of words. The first, asks them to select words that describe the way others expect them to act. In the second list, they are asked to select word that describe them from their won point of view.

Each adjective in the lists is associated with one of the four key factors that determine workplace behavior: dominance, extraversion, patience, and formality.

Once completed an easy to read, digestible report is generated explaining who they are and enabling participants to gain a deeper understanding of what drives them in the workplace.
