He provides leadership and strategic direction for the team.  Nick has a combined 30+ years of global experience with Fortune 500 companies leading Human Resources, Operations, along with leading and growing several multi-million-dollar Executive Search and Consulting businesses. In addition, he is a Certified Talent Optimization Consultant and Certified Partner of The Predictive Index. 

Laurie serves as the team's Customer Success Manager. Laurie has experience in recruiting and managing multiple Fortune 500 clients. She is a Certified Talent Optimization Consultant through the Predictive Index and has a passion for building and developing strong teams. 

Molly is and expert at elevating employee engagement.  She has mastered the art of integrating interactive training into a solid practice of action, accountability and follow-up.  She has mastered skill-based training and one-on-one coaching to support the learning participants in a safe environment of vulnerability for growth.

Seasoned pro with more than 20 years’ experience elevating employee engagement and interpersonal excellence through skill-based, practice-drive training and coaching.  From the C-suite to first-level supervisors and individual contributors, Bob’s training, and coaching focuses on removing interpersonal barriers that prevent highly skilled and talented individuals from performing more effectively. Bob’s down to earth and energetic style allows him to connect quickly with participants while his purposeful manner soon establishes his business credibility.

Debbie has 15+ years of experience building teams of “Action-Based Leaders”.  She is proficient at influencing and supporting organizations for higher levels of collaboration and courage.  Debbie helps leaders build success with the habit of consistent action, accountability, and follow-up. 

Jenelle has been a Certified Professional Coach through IPEC for the last two years and focuses on leadership coaching. Her prior experience includes multiple leadership roles in the restaurant and hospitality industry. She is passionate about life and loves to create joy wherever she can. She is a passionate, high-energy leader and coach. Her coaching style is to coach from the inside out. This helps her clients achieve the results they crave because they are only sustainable when they consciously connect with their core thoughts and emotions. Jenelle provides a space for them to connect their values, passions, dreams, and beliefs to the vision they have for themselves and their life as a leader.

Sophie spent ten years in the corporate world working for sales teams at Oracle and Google. After finishing her Master's degree in International Business at the University of Maastricht, she located to Dublin, Ireland, after which she packed up once again to settle in San Francisco, U.S.A. Currently, she calls Lisbon, Portugal her home. Sophie's coaching is infused with her Dutch no-nonsense attitude, her business-solution focus, and explorations into mindfulness practices through meditation and yoga. Sophie's interests are wide-ranging and ever-changing, but travel, horseback riding, yoga, reading, and cooking/baking have solidified themselves as permanent. She is also the co-founder of The 1 Reset, a transformational life-coaching company focused on personal development and retreats to pause and reset.

Beth Conger is a Certified Professional Leadership Coach empowering clients to reframe their thinking, refocus on what’s true and reveal the very best version of themselves. Beth couples 20+ years of employee experience, human insights, and communications at globally renowned companies including EssilorLuxottica and Kroger, with her expert skillset of scientifically-based methodologies, intuition, tools, and techniques. Her coaching is all about helping clients understand what they value most, identify the internal and external factors getting in their way, and come up with new approaches to live a powerful, productive, and fulfilled life.
